Convert TO/create an AZW4 file?
It seems easy to find a guide online to convert AZW4 to PDF, but what about the other way?

Can I convert a PDF to AZW4?

I guess my question is why do you need to do that? Kindles will read PDF natively.

Yeah but PDFs sent to the Kindle via Personal Doc service won't sync last page read with iPad. I believe Amazon's "Print Replica" format (a.k.a AZW4) will...

I second this question. Wrapping pdf in AZW4 may allow to add covers as well...

There is no way to create an AZW4 outside of Amazon doing it.
