Remove SO Wifi connection prompt

TESTED ON PAPERWHITE ONLY

Description: This KUAL addon removes the banner advising "to connect to Wifi to pull down Special Offers "from screen, when no WiFi connection is available.

Installation: Extract archive to "Extensions" folder, like all KUAL addons.

Note: IT CAN NOT REMOVE SPECIAL OFFERS / "ADVERTS"!!!

What it actually does do is make the buttons background "clear";
No wifi alert - button becomes transparent

- if you want to remove special offer - call to Amazon`s support or via Amazon`s chat and arrange with Amazon to have them removed legally.

This is pursuant with MobileReads Special Offers Policy

This does not help circumvent the delivery of adverts, merely elides the persistent offline reminder.

This should not be allowed. If you don't want the banner, pay for the upgrade. Don't hack to remove it.

It's an informational banner only.
Doesn't affect Amazon's profits nor delivery of adverts.
Or I would have nerfed it.

You can't brick a K5-Touch for more than the 10 minutes it takes to KUBRICK it back to life.

I have both devices. not sure how to convince the Touch to actually BE an SO device though... not much research on that that I can find.

this addon only copy files with Yes condition to directory and make root remount.

and have not this SO problems
