No, keep the current menu system. It is a bit confusing to find all of the offerings. I guess the world is divided into 10 (base 2) classes of people -- those that like T-shirts (not me) and those that don't like T-shirts (me.) Based on the comments here, T-shirts seem to be the best selling items in the shop. It is easy to find and purchase these. Keep it that way. Other than the awkward drop down item list, I would also like to see a quick select menu that would show items by type -- all clocks, all BBQ aprons, all caps, etc.

I really like the one (yeah, on thinkgeek) with the equalizer display of the ambient noise. But you can't take it off the shirt; you have to hand wash it. Bummer - the velco idea on the first shirt, was great.

There are a bunch of cool shirts in that category. I favor the one with a game of "pong" myself, but I still like the kit to put a Conway's Life display on a shirt the best.

I did notice that Neko-Chan's did not have any chocolate tongs with the "Blue one next to the fish" text only logo. Will this be part of a future product line expansion?

(I imagine I'll be doing that a lot now that I have plenty of time to troffle)

1. I would absolutely 100% buy a 'Don't Frak with the Fairy' top, possibly two, particularly if I can find 'vest tops' (?) but for some reason not all images are coming up just now so I can't find what might be the equivalent(will try again later)

2. Am torn between 'Ineffable Silliness' and 'Zany Carters' but can't place where 'Join Adorable Madness' came from (must have been another post I missed) - can someone point me in the right direction so I can make a suitably informed decision?

This is absolutely brilliant - I'm glad I didn't miss it completely!!!!

There's an explanation about "Join Adorable Madness" (sort of) in that section of the shop....

'Don't Frak with the Fairy' is a possibility. I don't think I can get the twinkle effect, however. You'll need to add your own glitter.

I would absolutely 100% buy a 'Don't Frak with the Fairy' top too. As per Neko's suggestion, I'd even add my own glitter.

"do-it-yourself" t-shirts, i like it.

(i still want the t-shirt with the leds making gliders from the game of life though, and i'm not sure i like "do-it-yourself quite *that* much).

Great idea. However, I don't actually make the buttons. CafePress is a company that takes designs and puts them on whatever the shop owner picks from their inventory. They don't include holographic paper buttons as one of their choices. (There are a lot of other cool things they don't do, too. Like glow-in-the-dark ink, or photoreactive ink, or tie-dye shirts, or bandanas, or black messenger bags....)

So the best way to get a glittery effect on anything from CafePress is to be prepared to apply some glitter to it after you purchase it. For the Fairy t-shirts, I'd recommend a spray glitter from a craft store. I've used it before on t-shirts and it works pretty well (though you want to use it in a REALLY well-ventilated area). I suppose if someone wanted, I could order the t-shirt for them, have it shipped to my place, spray on the glitter, and then ship it to its final destination. I guess I'd just charge the final shipping on top of whatever the CafePress price is. But wouldn't you have more fun spraying the glitter on yourself?
