There was a while a few years ago Belgrave House had reissued a lot of the old traditional Regencies (many old Signets) and B&N had them all on some superlow price like $1.59. I kicked myself when that sale ended and I hadn't bought all of them.

Now a lot of them appear to be on Kindle for $3.99 which isn't prohibitively bad but still not as good as less than $2!

Someone to Believe In by Kathryn Shay, which must have been free at some point from Amazon, is now free from Smashwords.

Quite a few of the Signet regencies I mentioned above are available for $1.99 at BoB (bargain prices may only last until midnight).

Not here in the U.S. they are $2.99. Penguin is Agency so they are priced the same everywhere.

It seems Kobo carries Regency Reads and they are couponable.
This really makes me wish I discovered these books before Fictionwise closed.

I grabbed it. Anything written in the 80s from Fawcett Regency is well worth 99 cents.

I just realized I bought another tonight too from the same author. I got mine from Kobo with coupon so it was like $3.

Bit annoyed though at some of the B&N users that are giving the book 1 star review just because their unhappy that the free Friday selection is another romance, its not fair on the book or the author
