This is a tie-in to the Fox series "The Following". Joe Carroll is one of the characters. I guess if it works for the ABC series "Castle"...

Of course.

I just wonder if they release a series of books for the Cult, if those will refer to the books you are actually reading, rather than the books created by the character, eg Derek Storm series (that show makes my head hurt).

It says April 9, 2013 in my pre-order list, but it hasn't been, yet.

Sometimes they come back - other times, it's the publisher yanking hard against an error (heck, it's only a 99 cent book from them now, so they couldn't have lost much from the pre-orders).
