Personally, I think the second bathroom and the layout of the kitchen/great room are most important. Hopefully, maybe you can address another room later on an upper story or expanding towards the rear. Right now, like I said, the kitchen and bathroom are crucial

For what it's worth, in the first two months of grad school, I thought I would go completely crazy with the amount of reading required... At least 200-300 pages per course per week... and that's not including the written homework...
Thank God it's over and I can read for pure enjoyment.

I had1,000 or so pages to read per class per week in grad school. I learned how to scan real fast. One Prof was pissed we had not read the appendices. Yeah, it was a fun time.
