				Removing Frames

I have a couple of commercial books in Epub format that I am converting to Mobi for my Kindle. The problem is that when converted each page appears to be enclosed in lots of frames. I have tried using AZW3 format and that gets the same result. I have also converted to RTF thinking that it might be the book is full of tables but can't find any.

Borders are simply lines around a object like the forum tree at the top of this thread. Those could be removed. Frames are distinct areas of a parent. each child may be manipulated . So where does the Left frame contents fit into the Body frame contents ![]() PDF has similar problems, EXCEPT the contents is not independent of the body, just layered. |
