Troll, hol Dir den Fitbit One, der zählt die steps UND die "floors", da zählt der fitbit zip nur die steps.
Ich finde, dass die elevation schon eine riesige differenz macht. Ich lebe am Berg, und alle meine Läufe beinhalten "floors", ich laufe oft 100 "floors" hoch am tag (kann jemand bitte übersetzen, ich bin müde und weiss überhaupt nicht, wie ich das korrekt beschreiben kann), dafür manchmal nicht so viele steps. |

Man kann auch ein Abnehmziel eingeben und festlegen, bis wann man es erreicht haben will. Dann wird von den erlaubten Kalorien pro Tag einfach automatisch was abgezogen. Ob das mit den Kalorien verlässlich ist etc., weiß ich allerdings nicht. Ich hab nur ganz am Anfang mal mit der Funktion gespielt, benutze sie aber nicht. Ich habe gesehen, dass es ab April einen neuen Fitbit, namens Flex, geben wird, der als Armband getragen wird. Zählt Schritte, kann beim schwimmen benutzt werden (das finde ich toll, vom April bis Oktober schwimme ich nämlich und laufe dafür weniger), weckt, überwacht das Schlaf ABER zählt Stockwerke nicht mit. Und das Schliessmechanismus scheint mir nicht super fest (aber natürlich kann es taüschen, ich habe nur Bilder gesehen). Ich trage meinen One an meinem BH, das steht er bombensicher (no pun intended ). Superman will bald sich einen Fitbit auch holen, vielleicht hole ich mich den Flex und er kriegt den One..
