What's the trick to the PW font-size shortcut?
Hi all, I've searched all over here and in the owners' guide but haven't seen this one:
If I swipe two fingers down my PW, I find a smaller font-choice window appears, like all the choice-type windows, but with just the font sizes and nothing else. I've looked for other tricks like this with no luck. Does anyone know if there's a list somewhere of useful hidden things like this?

On any page with text on it, use a two finger pinch movement on the screen (like the zoom pinch on an iPad)

I really would recommend reading - or at least glancing through - the User Guide. It is provided for a reason, and all this kind of stuff is in there.

No it wasn't. I should know - I had to set up 8 Paperwhites. I did not even know about the pinch to zoom for font size until I gifted one to my sister and she just did it I always used to go through the menu at the top.

Ah ok, thank you. That is how memory works. Or doesn't. Maybe it just depends what other devices you use. And try it out hoping it might work.

speaking of shortcuts, the Kindle app for android has a feature where if you use two fingers and swipe up it increases brightness. Two finger swipe down decreases brightness.

I would LOVE to see this implemented in the paperwhite software to adjust the brightness.

I've tried this for a while and never get anything except inadvertent bookmarks and page turns. How can you tell if it works?
