For anyone who used the FW support ticket mechanism, I finally received a response to the support ticket I sent in on 11/16 today (12/5). I had already dealt with everything through BN's dedicated phone support line.

Only my initial single book out of 14 have transferred. Nine of the no-shows are books by Richard S. Prather and Aaron Elkins already carried by B&N. The remaining five are part of a series not carried, but the first in the series transferred.

It would be nice to have them in the B&N cloud, but they are safely backed up, regardless. Still, it's irritating that the books already carried by B&N have not transferred.

bgalbrecht reports receiving a second email with another code that transferred the balance of their 2000+ ebooks to Nook.

I've been getting that off and on for a few days now. Also some books have been giving errors when trying to download.
