I've been given a Logitech usb plug charger. Now it says the output is 2.1 amps. Is this to much for the Kindle Fire HD?

Don't want to plug it in and it explode.

You should be just fine. The charger will only put out what your kindle wants.

So you should not have a puddle where your kindle was sitting charging.

Yay! That's fantastic I do have a sneaky suspicion however that I may find a postic note asking if 'Anyone has seen a Logitech adaptor?' My IT friend is sticky fingered on items that aren't nailed down. :/
