The pack llamas are scheduled to arrive around noon Sunday -- this is local time in your area as they are fast moving critters. The supplies will be left behind a bush (or other object near your door if you are not there at the time.) Be aware that chocolate melts if the temps are too high -- not a problem for Marc in Oz but it might be for Ricky if it hits 100 on Sunday.) If that happens, then it will be chocolate syrup. Please enter your own rant below if other critters get the chocolate before you.

According to the inventory everything requested will be delivered in addition to a complete collection of John Phillips recordings including his work with the Mamas & Papas as well as the Journeymen. Several Compact Flash cards are included for Taylor as well as a dual CF to IDE interface adapter.

Well, puppies are very cuuuuute! We could change all the SHUMs into puppies. Kittens might be a wee bit quieter though.

That only works while they're still kittens with small lungs. When they become adult cats, you get to find out if they have any Siamese in their ancestry.

But I love 'em all anyway.

eep, i forgot about the possible siamese ancestry ! you're right. back to plan A : acutelate all of them. pandas are nice, peaceful, quiet animals. i really can't see any flaws in this plan.

Rocks are also nice, quiet, cute & if large enough will stay where you put them, plus they never grow up into boulders and don't have claws.

There's a thought! Plus, if you arrange the rocks artisticly, you can sit on them and contemplate ..... or read your e-ink reader ..... or add in a water fountain and have a quiet spot of beauty. All sorts of possibilities with rocks!

i like rocks. rocks may be the best suggestion yet. also rocks are significantly lower maintenance than cats, which is a definite advantage.

How about hamsters? Quiet and don't take up much space (or rather you can get quite a few into a really small space). They have the furry factor going for them in my book. A little more petable than rocks.
