how to view movies
How do I view movies on my kindle after I have copied from my Laptop, can someone help me since the movie gets copied in the internal storage.

One way is to use a file management app like ESFileExplorer, navigate to the movie file (wherever you pasted it) and select it. ESFileExplorer will ask you which app to open the movie with. Select which app and the movie starts.
Yes I know, its kluge and cluncky like most things associated with the pitiful Fire interface and OS. The Fire does fairly well with Amazon purchased content, but it is can be a PITA with non-Amazon content. |

I just simply Copy Pasted mine From Laptop to Five HD via USB cord. They go automatily into the file with the Action thing that comes on the Fire HD

As Katie said, when you sideload your own videos onto the Kindle Fire, they don't show up under "videos". That is apparently just for Amazon.
Instead, they go into the icon that looks like the movie clapper. |
