No. I wish we had collections for the Kindle Fire.

You can install a epub eReader app like Mantano which does support collections but for Kindle books there isn't any way I know of.

You can move books of the same type on to different shelves of your Favorites. I keep my current books on Shelf 1 and then move other types into groups.

I keep Apps and Books separate on the Shelves in various sub-groups.
