Factory reset of death
Hello
My Vox opens with the message the application kobo (process.com.kobobooks.pegasus.android)has stopped unexpectedly Please try again. There is a force shutdown button. I've been back and forth with support, most of whom did not know that the Vox and Desktop are not compatible. Since I cannot sync a Vox with Desktop, I have been told that my only recourse is to do a factory reset - the third since I foolishly bought this thing for my wife. Doing that, she will AGAIN lose all her annotations and bookmarks. My question for the group is: Once this thing is reset and once she has re-done all her annotations, is there any way to back the books up with the annotations, so that when this happens next time (and I'm sure that there will be a next time) I can restore the books to the backed up versions? Thank you |
