Sorry I didn't answer before, dreams. The artist was Aesop Rock, an independent hip-hop artist. The concert was absolutely amazing, but my ears are still ringing! And I didn't get home until 12, so the turn around to a 5:15 alarm clock was......ugh. Anyway, Coca-Cola Zero in my cup.

I had one, back in my hippie-er days that was on a wall mounted plaque... I took the figurine of the trophy and used the rest as a candle sconce... More 'traditional' people (like my parents) thought I was nuts.

Good morning, all! It's cold, but the sun is out. Can't complain about that, here on the Wet Coast. Today is a buys day. Need to get my flu shot, get some work done, and then go into Vancouver to host the Windows 8 party for the user group there. Overnight in town, then back home tomorrow.

Starting out the day with fresh squeezed orange juice, and a mug of Peet's Anniversary Breakfast Blend. <ahhh>

I'm glad you had a great time and I know what you mean about having to get up early the next day. I always needed a day to sleep in after a concert.

Good morning all! Ahmad's "English Breakfast" tea for this Friday morn. A couple of eggs and a glass of OJ to get me started, then I'm ready to rock and roll! Chores to do today... lots of chores... no long walks, no hill climbs, no nice bike rides. Just chores... oh well. I have to make several different trips back and forth, so I'll get my exercise climbing the stairs. Not much fun in that, but it's better than nothin'. I've got an urge for paella for dinner, so need some good shrimp and clams... We actually have a home delivery paella shop here, but the portion size vs cost is outrageous! I'll make it myself!

Training day for work. The good, I am playing games on my iPad in my PJs. The bad, listening to hours long internet based stuff that is the same every year. Some of them want me to pay attention. One more and I can take a shower and go to Starbucks for a nice drink and scone.
