Get books bug for Amazon UK

When I search for a book which is in Amazon's UK store it returns Title as "Unknown" and price is shown as A£ although the price is ok. The US Amazon.com's results are shown correctly.

Example search for "fall of giants" by Ken Follett

Thanks for letting me know. Amazon must have changed their site (again). The other EU sites probably suffer from similar problems.

I will fix this in time for the next calibre release.
