Support for Images as Links?
I've just finished converting Huckleberry Finn, and the chapter headers are images. I want to link the headers back to the in-line TOC. This works fine in ADE, Calibre reader, and Sigil.
The links do NOT work on my Sony T2 touch-screen reader, or in Sony reader software on the desktop. Is this a known issue? Do most readers support images-as-links, or do most of them fail? Are there CSS workarounds to get around the failures? Any feedback will be gratefully appreciated, thanks. |

I have never been able to make an image work as a link in my reader (which uses the Adobe engine).

Sigh. I imagine that would be the behavior for lots of other readers as well. Too bad, it was a good idea until it fell flat....
Thanks for your input. gG |
