Yeah, granted, but I'm not too bothered about authenticity - I think it's pretty impressive in its own right.

Oh, the music is good and the dancing quite athletic, but if you ever saw Robbie O'Connell mash up the stage, you'd see that Riverdance is sort of pale by comparison.

some torturers are masters of their craft as well. i don't like them either.

to be fair, it's not just abba. disco in general makes my skin crawl. after about 6 nanoseconds i start to feel nauseated and after 8 nanoseconds i usually begin to have a grand mal seizure.

also, history has demonstrated time and again that nothing good can come of any musical endeavor that gets its start by winning a television contest. *especially* eurovision.

As is evidenced by our own "American Idol".......
