Err yeah. What GM said - I was going to push this at a 3 - perhaps with the Alarm in...
(I was thinking it could only be set every 15 mins myself. 4 refreshes per hour)... 0,15,30,45 would be plenty accurate for most needs. |

OK, as the author did not respond yet and as I’m a little inpatient when something really draws my interest, I at least have to install the current version of this hack.
But as I’m running OS 5.1.0, it seems that only Yifanlu's Simple Screensaver hack works on my Kindle touch. So my question is, if this hack is compatible with it, and if yes, how exactly do I install this hack? And about the calendar feature: As already said, if something really draws my interest, I just can’t help going at it (although I really should be doing different things right now XD). Here is a quick draft of how I would image it. What do you think? |

Shouldn't be much harder than tic-tac-toe
And I think I have seen one of those somewhere. Maybe a combo? A single week line below the current date/time? A This Is The Week That Is; TITWTI Sunday == Su? or Sonday == So? "So" for divoriced parents that only get visitation rights one day a week? Last edited by knc1; 09-09-2012 at 05:34 AM. |

We are still waiting for the source code from his video player thread, so holding your breath may not be a good option.

He did say he was going to release the source for his video player when it was "ready".
I prefer to release early and often (warts and all), so that others can learn with me, and learn my methods (and hopefully create new cool stuff too). Waiting until something is "perfect" before releasing it could be a very long wait (i.e. RSN). |

Well, sometimes it is just too hard to avoid making a comment.
Just because there is no price tag on the software people receive does not mean they should not be willing to do something in exchange. The mention of money is because I grew up in a capitalistic country. An offer to exchange time for time would be nice, such as: "I will spend my time testing this for anyone willing to create the parts I can not do myself." But as mentioned in connection with applications you provide to users - - It is difficult to get even a: "It works for me" out of the "clients". |
