Kobo charges me tax now too but Amazon sends me email telling me I need to pay Tax on certain items to my state. They just started doing this.

Pre-ordered the Paperwhite wi-fi and will arrive October 2.

Ordered the $69 Kindle (the new one) and it gave me the option of Saturday delivery on 9/8. I thought they weren't going to ship until 9/14?

Waiting on the Fires until I read some reviews.

At least one new Paperwhite here. Will be WiFi, no adverts. A second one is probable, to replace teh DW's K3. And I'm guessing a new Fire as well, but which one is completely up for discussion. Personally, I'm holding out for a Microsoft Surface for my new tablet.

It looks like the Touch covers will fit the KPW. Most covers that came out last year when they announced the K5 have updated their description.
