pdf eBooks only?

From the eSupport page:
"Enables text within PDF eBooks to be "reflowed". This will enlarge the text and improve the readability of text-based PDF’s"

Does this mean only PDF eBooks will be reflowed, or all PDF files?

I think they're loosely referring to all PDF files as e-books, perhaps to try and specify the mostly text ones. As far as I know there isn't really a functional difference between an "official" PDF e-book and any other PDF file.

I remember when DE 1.5 came out, it was mentioned that there was a finite number of computers/devices that can be authorized to a single account for ADE. Is there a way to keep track of how many computers/devices I have left that can be authorized?

I'm thinking of something similar to the device authorization in the sony ebook store.

Well I'm now running the new firmware. I'll poke around and see what looks different, if anything.

woohoo, I'm happy

I'm so happy, I can almost cry.

ePub looks great on first glance, and reflowing PDF really works and is great.

Thanks Sony and Adobe!

I don't see any changes other than those specifically talked about by Sony. The Library looks the same, no new settings, etc.

Now to try some PDF reflowing

From the Reader directly?

Okay, now I'm torqued about the lack of update for the 500!

Just upgraded on Mac OS X using vmware Fusion.

Initial sync seems a bit faster.

Delete book option there indeed, confirms with pressing "mark"

New "Digital Editions" directory on the reader

Initial testing with a PDF (Battlestar Galactica from the recent tor giveaway) - I don't get how to activate reflow. One of my problems with this book was that some pages only took up 1/2 or 3/4 of the page after I converted the PDF. Now it looks to be about the same, but the font is more battlestar galactica-y.
