I know you are joking but liposuction doesn't work well.

I need to hop on a scale see where I am. I am trying to drop 10 pounds but not making the best effort. I do find that I end up skipping meals and snacks due to the baby. It seems that he wants to eat whenever I do and I am not that hungry after I feed him. He is good with periods of independent play now so I have been getting better about getting meals in.

Water for me, a bottle for Lucas.

That is what I am suppose to be doing, well, at least to one room. It's time for my mid-year paper shred and file in the Den. I can't believe how much paper there is in a time of on-line stuff.

Right now... I'm avoiding doing what I am suppose to be doing and having another cup of coffee while searching for a book to read between A Thousand Miles Up the Nile.

I personally converted several offices to paperless in my early consulting days... probably could revisit those same offices today and do it again.

Another Gordon Lightfoot moment... Good morning, everyone! Happy Sunday. There's a fresh mug of East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea on my table, a little bit of rice and 5 Kalamata olives. ProfCrash told me that lipo isn't going to do the job for me so I guess I have to do it myself. Bummer. I've discovered that broccoli is the second highest food on the chart for anti-oxidants, and of course, very low in calorie count but high in vities and minerals so maybe I will eat only raw broccoli next all next month. If my theory is correct, the anti-oxidants will keep me alive forever, the vitamins and minerals should keep me healthy, and the lack of calories should shed my weight. Perhaps my biggest risk will be dying of boredom...

We do a lot with broccoli. It is one veggie my husband enjoys. So he makes his favorite Thai, Chinese, or Japanese dish and nukes a bag of broccoli. He will make the meat dishes but not the veggie dishes. Good thing that broccoli goes well with just about any sauce....
