I still equate eggs as animal...raw, or otherwise...

We are only dietary vegans; we don't worry too much about wearing silk, wool, leather etc - makes life just a wee bittie simpler...Try as we do, there is always something that has a milk product in it...medicine for instance (no substitute!).

Cutting out meat and fish was the best decision we made (apart from getting married, ofc)...

Really! I'm pretty sure in the US "dark" chocolate doesn't have milk in it, but I suppose I'd need to check each individual list of ingredients.

Perhaps I should embark on a survey of all types of dark chocolate available here.

i do hope you're eating lots of amino acids/vit b/omega3 (without omega6, 6 cancels out 3, and you need 3 way more than 6. omega3 can be found in softly boiled eggs, among other things) dietary supplements then.. or you're more likely to become depressed after a while (the lack of those things tends to cause brain chemistry imbalances because they're fairly important precursors)
