If the T2 is the same as the T1 except the old case doesn't fit then Sony will prove that they are a horrible cheap company Good e-readers though

I'm not curious enough to pay $179 plus shipping and taxes on a pre-order, but will be keeping an eye open for the you tube videos and photos/reviews, for sure.

So far it doesn't seem to have much different of an appearance - we'll see how the reader behaves and how rootable it is?

What it disappointment that would be.
There are good light options for escreens nowadays, and there are higher resolutions then 600x800 too. What happened to the Sony that always was in the frontlines making things smaller and more advanced?

All 3 retailers in my town are showing the T1 on clearance for $119.99.

Whats funny is that some of them are clearing out the 350 for $98, and the 650 for $136. this is at the same time as clearing the T1 at $119. No logic at all. Mind you i did pick up a demo 350 for $48 at staples.
