No you can use them as often as you want, until they expire, which is often Wednesday of the following week. I like to look at the new listings today, and then the new listings, which will show up hopefully Monday afternoon, as they are an additional 15% off, so right now, 75% off. Time to buy!!!

The version from Project Gutenberg and the version published by Renaissance E Books at Fictionwise are both created from the 1928 Amazing Stories edition, and are probably identical. The abridgement took place when it was republished as a paperback in the 1960s, and IMHO the description by Renaissance is a ploy to make you think that it's a different (better) edition than the one at PG.

They're not identical, as per the description of the book at FW. This version contains three more chapters than the PG version:
