What type of books are your most technically challenging to write?

I started one or two and they just did not work out for me.

Hardest for me is the 3rd person observer POV where you only report on what some one could SEE going on. Motive and emotion has to be inferred from actions as there is no thoughts to read.

For me it's not hard at all to write in 3rd person. 2nd is slightly harder, but not bad. 1st though is really tough. I'm one who prefers to write using the "fly on the wall" approach to everything. heh.
