Anyone taken the Overdrive library online survey?

I saw an online survey at my local library's overdrive site and decided to take it. Some intriguing questions include how often do you use physical library vs online borrowing, how likely are you to buy a book or recording if it's wait-listed, rank your book source by order of preference: library, online store, B&M store, supermarkets, borrowing from friends...

Since it's driven by overdrive, no doubt the results will be used to tout how much people love the elibrary. But will this induce the BPHs to allow lending, or will they only see it as legalized file sharing and massive revenue loss?

I usually steer clear from surveys, they often are marketing schemes to gather information to later send you unwanted advertisement.

I started to take the survey yesterday. Two questions had an option of "other" with a box to fill in--which I did. And then my survey was not accepted because the system said I didn't answer those two questions, and kept kicking them back to me! It annoyed the heck out of me; I did not wish to give an answer from the list because none of them applied, so I gave up.

Since the survey has the American Library Association logo on it (along with that of Overdrive), and doesn't ask your email address, this is implausible.

If it wasn't for this thread, I never would have noticed the link. But I just took it at the Free Library of Philadelphia site.

My library uses overdrive, but doesn't have a link to the survey.

The same happened to me on the surveys I tried to complete from the two libraries I borrow from.

Same here. Just took it at mine, Nashville Public Library. I'm hoping Overdrive is trying to show publishers that Look! People who borrow still buy books! At least that's what my survey responses show, don't know how it plays out overall. Interesting.

Same here. I gave up too. What kind of person designs a survey with fill-in-the-blank options and then invalidates your responses?

Not me. I borrow and don't buy.
