spooky coincidence : within one minute of these posts about camus, i got an email from a friend (completely unrelated to this forum) asking whether i lived near Camus' grave.

(personally, that photo just amazed me, because what person in their right mind, seeing that, has the reflex to, before anything else, take a photo ?? documenting the event would be the LAST thing on my mind.)

What can I say except, that's why I do not allow the dogs in the house, or the cats anywhere near electronic equipment.

That sort of thing has happened (for real and to me) in the past ... so the picture (while cute) sort of made me a little sick to my stomach with the painful memory.

Cat and dog urine is INCREDIBLY corrosive.

Just put up another "RTF Only" eBook I made. Another monumental poemy thing.

I could find no good version of this anywhere on the 'net - in any format. Actually I found a supposed RTF version on another (to be unnamed) eBook site - crikey - what a mess. They had just taken some raw text from PG and pasted it into Word or something and saved as RTF. It didn't even get the line breaks right - they are displayed as little squares.

This one has been painstakingly hand-beautified. So, now MobileRead is the only place on the planet with this particular work, as well!
