Give me a surly dog over nearly any human being any day, and twice on Sundays. If dogs ran the planet, we'd be in a lot better shape. |

Let me show you a video of what a dog can do to a child's face ...
oh wait I can't show you, such video is too horrific and would probably get the thread closed ... |

FYI if dogs ran the planet, they would quickly become wild for humans wouldn't be feeding them anymore, in which case I strongly suggest you to stay away from your beloved four-legged friends lest they attack you and severely injure you or worse ...
But in the meantime, you love them I hate them. I'm fine with it, so why aren't you ? http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/after...pulation-zero/ |

Well one need I don't have is for dog's presence
But seriously this is not very honest a thread because the title goes "love or afraid" or by extension, love or hate. So if one can only respond one loves dogs, It kind of defeats the purpose of such a thread. It's kind of dishonest, pretending this is a thread to discuss both sides of the story when some of you seem to want to hear only one side. I hate dogs and the day I spot a dog dangerously threatening a child in the streets, the mutt will know what "hostility" on my part means ... but until then, nope, I'm not hostile, I'm only giving my side of the story. I'm sorry some of you can't see it. Last edited by Quexos; 06-22-2012 at 01:25 AM. |

the thread title is poorly worded
make no mistake, I would, in a half a heartbeat, terminate the life of any dog threatening one of my own, just as I would do the same to a two legged perpetrator, who indeed do kill and maim more children every year than dogs do. my family is not untouched by dog trauma, it exists. the issue is 99.99% of the time an issue with humans; either the owners, or the breeders. a dog is a creature whose body is an instrument of their tail; in happy joy joy wagging, down and depressed, or in anger. each and every one of those positions humans are responsible for |
