I can say with total confidence that the day something like that happens to me will be the day I stop buying from B&N.

And why is that? It's an easy mistake to make. Somebody probably did a search and replace while updating the introductory section and accidentally hit "replace all". I'm sure they'll go back and fix it.

Of course, then they'll change:

Every nook and cranny...

to

Every Kindle and cranny...

This has been discussed before, and was nothing to do with B&N.
The book was not published by B&N, but by a small third party.
