Sigil doesn't create HTML files. It creates ePub files... which are zip archives... that have html files inside them.

You can use any zip utility to break apart any epub into its html component files. Then you can use a program like Merger to join them.
You could also use Sigil to display each html file inside an epub and copy the code view text into another editor where you can join it together. |

You can use calibre to convert the EPUB to HTML files. Convert to the Zip format (HTML Zip might be a better name for it as it was hard to find). Then unzip it to a directory to see the HTML files. It does a pretty good job, and you can tweak the black backgrounds to be a bit lighter.
If necessary you can merge all your files together in the EPUB before conversion to try to get a single html file out of the conversion. |

Another option is to select all of the x?html files in Sigil, then right click on them and "Merge".
The final file will be the html version you're looking for, you can copy/paste it out to a file, or save the epub as a copy and open it with an archiver to dig it out. Just remember that this will not preserve styles. |
