There are FAR more Kindle owners than there are US Kindle Owners with Prime, so I don't thing the rest of the Select offerings have much to worry about.

No, but people who publish through KDP Select and opt into the KOLL and are hoping that people will pick their book as their one-loan per month are going to find themselves down in people's lists below all the Harry Potters. I think that was the point of the comment.

Or they can count on the fact that many people have bought the books and will not need to borrow them. But I would imagine that there will be a drop for most authors.

I wasn't able to link my Kobo account to Pottermore. I got a message saying that the books weren't available to Kobo yet. I hope that they will be soon

Strange. I was just going by the email I got from Kobo and the fact that they're listed on Kobo with 'buy from pottermore' links.

I got the same email you got. I even went to the Kobobooks website and the link to the Potter books are there. I just went to the Pottermore shop too & I see Kobo in the list of accounts you can link to along with Sony & Kindle & Google etc.

It's there. Not sure why Estelle58 doesn't see it.
