I know some roads and airports in the Solomons are made of crushed coral. It must be somewhere nearby. ???
Munda was reputed to stink when they first made it. Apparently they hid it with palm trees during the war.

For question 9, are you sure it's correct?
I lived in Singapore for 10 years so I would know first hand if it's right.
There are some farms that are still standing in Singapore.

For our quiz, we go by what ever list we are using. These days the Internet is full of incorrect information, and we can't be on top of it all the time. The list I've chosen of 25 trivia questions lists Singapore as having no farms. Perhaps the list creator lived there more recently. Or perhaps he was just wrong. As no lives are lost and no money won or lost is this thread, we take what we can get, and just enjoy the rest.

That was the one I wanted! According to my list 59% of its citizens live abroad.

Shoot I was going to guess Malta (based on the list of historical rulers) last night, but I thought for sure Bookpossum's guess of Israel was correct. Doesn't Israel consider all Jews citizens wherever they live?

That would have given me Hamlet53, that's Hamletfifty-three, at least one point. Still no chance to catch up with Hamlet35 though. Dyscalculia, eh? Now I am a believer.

I've filled in the other two answers. My question lasted long enough. Don't want it to sour. Let's have Hamlet 53 give us the next question.

Gimme a break... I had enough trouble with my math teachers, tutors, and parents when I was young. Now I'm old. I don't give a rat's patootie (I learned that word from Spenser. Pretty neat, huh?) about getting numbers in the right order. I don't have to. I can hire an accountant!

You bet your sweet patootie that at a certain age, and from why I chose the 53 when I joined this board I've reached it, age confers certain rights. Actually I think you missed this from Issybird. Speaking of which since both she and Daithi declined at their last opportunity why don't we have a quiz question from either of them? Or anyone who has a good question ready?

Yes... I did miss Issybird's post. Sorry, Issy.
The time zone differences and throw me. Sometimes I log on to find three pages of answers and other times only a few people. With these multi-part questions, finding who said what get's even more difficult.

53 was your age? ... Wow! I can't even remember where I was when I was 53... Must be nice to have your whole life in front of you!

Anybody... somebody.... please post a question.

OK, here's a few "What am I?" riddles:

1.
Who makes it, has no need of it,
Who buys it, has no use for it,
Who uses it can neither see nor feel it.

2.
I cannot be felt, seen or touched,
Yet I can be found in everybody,
My existence is always in debate,
Yet I have my own style of music.

3.
I can sizzle like bacon,
I am made with an egg,
I have plenty of backbone, but lack a good leg,
I peel layers like onions, but still remain whole,
I can be long, like a flagpole, yet fit in a hole.

4.
Only one color, but not one size,
Stuck at the bottom, yet easily flies,
Present in sun, but not in rain,
Doing no harm, and feeling no pain.

5.
Alive without breath,
As cold as death,
Never thirsty, ever drinking,
All in mail never clinking.
