sony prs500 crash
hello,my prs500 screen froze today and i could not get any response at so i pressed the reset button and now all i get is a split screen half black half grey and sometimes i can see faint writing,has any one else had this problem and if so could you please help me as i am lost without my books as i work away from home a lot,i would be grateful for any help,thanks cliffhttps://www.mobileread.com/forums/images/smiliesadd1/help.gif

Have you tried an overnight mains recharge, as described below?

But the split screen is not a good omen.

hi patricia,i tried charging overnight with no joy so i think i will have to try to find a way of getting it repaired by sony (not easy as i live in scotland), thanks anyway cliff
