It's an old Harlequin Silhouette Romance from 1995 and it was given away last month for free. It was written under her pen name Donna Clayton. Good to hear you enjoyed it. I haven't read her yet but she's given all her titles away at one time or another.

I think I must get it on principle, to applaud the author's initiative. Additionally, it might be fun to see how good the translation is ...

I contacted Discover a new Love and they were very nice and helpful. I asked them how one would cancel their membership after 6 months, since there is no link on their website to do so. They said that they are new and haven't firmed up everything, but that they would contact everyone at the end of their 6 mos membership to ask if one wanted to renew or cancel. They said they would pass along my concerns. I also asked about their privacy policy and they assured me that they do not pass along any information to anyone period. So, I am going to join because I can't resist getting 6 great books for $1.67 each.

You could roll your credit over and get two books next month (or any future month).

I mainly read crime & mysteries with the occasional trashy romance thrown in for spice. Between the Romance freebies and the giant Harlequin sale a few months ago I have more then enough romance to keep me busy till the end of time but I really liked what they are trying to do with the club and wanted to encourage it, so I caved and joined
