I met my new part-time dog, Luca, tonight. She's a sweetie but still getting used to her new home and is a bit nervous. She isn't used to being walked, my friends suspect she spent all day in the garden, so she doesn't understand traffic, sidewalks, streets and crossing the street yet.

Although she is very focussed on my friend (male) she did come and sit on the couch next to me, all cuddled up against me. She even brought me her tennis ball to throw (up until now no matter who threw it she would always return it to him). It'll take some getting used to because she's not trained at all. Their previous dog, Lyca, was trained as a police dog (but was too nice to become one) and super obedient.

If the weather's nice I might go and look after her this weekend.

Yes I do but not taken them - it is a little late now and I think getting better. Not really very bad. Still doing normal stuff etc.

I am OK it is not a debiliating one or I would have recognised it earlier and taken the brain medicine.

Mr M had some cat biffo this morning and is feeling sorry for himself. Bloke found some minor cuts on his underside which we have peroxided. He is a poor baby. His name is sick boy today. I think he will stay in bed all day.

And yourself! I know what you mean - when I have a "minor" migraine, I can often get away with a mild narcotic like Tramadol - doesn't knock me out and lets me function.
