Since this thread is about shameless promotion, here is a plug of my book just recently released.

The book is called "Potemkin, Inc." and was written for anyone thinking about starting a business and young entrepreneurs.

I am using an analogy with the Potemkin villages myth in order to show "How Perception Is Everything And What To Do With It In Business" (that's the subtitle of the book).

It's a book of true stories and anecdotes taken from my own entrepreneurial journey to illustrate my points about how much credibility and perception are important in the making or the breaking of a start-up dream, how they impact on money, fame, success (or failure), and how they can be manipulated (oh! that's a bad word, let's say "influenced" instead) from the outset.

Hi there,

I'm new to all this self-promotion malarkey and just not very good at it. It's not that I'm going to sit back and wait for the audience to go out and get my book, because I know it doesn't work like that. How do they know it's out there? An obvious question that I'm sure has been asked a thousand times over, but I will be glad of any feedback or help in any shape or form.

What is the book I've written?

It is a zombie book. Yes, another zombie book, but I've tried to put as much of myself into the book as possible. I tried my best to live it in my vividly imaginative mind, but at the same time keeping an edge of realism on the creative cube within my bonce/head.

I've tried to keep the price right down, because I can't seem to make it free. I would like to know what ANYONE thinks of the book. I would like to think that it's not just the typical zombie book - gung ho maniacs shooting at everything and anything that moves, everyone tooled up, guns coming out of their ears....I think I've just given away the plot to my next book.

Anyway, enough people downloaded a free version when it was available on amazon, but no comments as yet. Does this mean it sucks?
