It was the intern. I'm not about to touch that stuff myself. Maybe the intern sloughed it off to a med student, but you don't get much lower than that, so it stopped there.

I'm pretty certain.

I'd have to ask the nurse.

Hey now! There was supposed to be a nurse in the room at all times while the resident was delegating to the intern to pass off to the med student to completely ignore the instructions that I vaguely gave to the fellow who should have damned well been sober! Therefore it's all her fault.

The bill was sent by the Patient Sevices Department and not something I concern myself with.
