I got mine January 2011. My Kindle still works like new and I've read on it for at least 2 hours a day every day since I got it |

I got mine in August 2010 when they first came out and it also works like new. In fact, the only thing wrong with it is that it doesn't have a touch screen |

Got my wifi model November 2010. Got my 3G model July 2011. Replaced the 3G model Feb 2012. Replacement does the same thing the other one did--sporadic, daily, rebooting for no reason. I still love the Kindles and use them.

November 2010 was when I bought mine. Has never been replaced and always works like a champ. I've got a Squaretrade warranty on it before Amazon made it impossible to use coupons to get them. It's good till Nov 2012. So if my K3 does go kaput before then I can get another one or something else. I see my K4 going kaput before the K3. |

I received my K3 last year as a Valentine's Day gift from my husband. I've played with the new e-readers on display at the local Target, but none of them seem to really add much to the reading experience. I won't be buying a new e-reader unless my K3 either breaks (sniffle sniffle sob!) or Amazon/B&N/Sony introduce something REALLY amazing.

The Wifi one (used by my granddaughter) in August 2010. The 3G one in July 2011. Both working well. |

About 8 months old. Got it Oct. 1, 2011. (Decided I didn't want one of the new ones.) Yep, still like new.

I ordered mine March 11 2011 and it still works very well. On occasion if I press a button too quickly it freezes and needs to be restarted to clear but I understand that's a common problem to all kindles. As far as the cosmetic appearance it looks pretty much brand new as I usually keep it in a cover I bought on ebay.

Purchased mine on November 6, 2010 and it has worked flawlessly all 521 days, 3.75 hours since. :-)

I purchased my first K3 in November 2010. It developed a minor screen defect after I'd had it about four months, but I waited until November 2011 to have it replaced. I've had the new K3 for five months now and it's working fine.

One year this month. It's the Special Offers K3 and I ordered it as soon as it was released.
