I think their SPAM Filter likes you by now.

- go to http://www.bookeen.com/support
- Register as customer (silly thing to do for a new firmware, but they insist on it)
- log in

Then you should be able to download the firmware.
If it's not there anymore it could mean a failure at their server, or perhaps a new firmware is on the way... (naaa just joking )

That link is not working anymore, I tested it after logging in.

But they do answer email. I had problems with the new firmware and asked for the old firmware. I got an answer in 31 mutes with a download link.

Of course it is possible that new software is underway

The website says it does not recognize my pass/id combo. Have asked for reset porob 10 times and nothing. David

I'd guess that's the mod to let you install it without an SD card.
