Jim Bolger (PM 2 Nov 1990 - 8 Dec 1997)

One point to Sneaky, 1.5 to Bookpossum (the .5 is for getting ambassador).

The two still to go were each Prime Minister for quite a short time (months for one; mere weeks for the other). One of them I'd be surprised (and impressed) if any non-Kiwi gets. The other had quite a high profile job outside New Zealand.

I have to admit that I'd struggle to name many US ambassadors to New Zealand.

I have just had lunch and been mulling things over. I think Helen Clark is something in the United Nations now, but I'm blowed if I know what! Health maybe?

I certainly can't think of any other PMs - sorry. (But I really liked David Lange and Helen Clark if that makes up for it!)

Apologies to the non-Australasians - I realise we're an obscure little nation.

But I think one more of these should be guessable, so here are a bunch more clues:

- current NZ ambassador to the USA
- former Director-General of the WTO
- shares a name with someone a good deal more famous in the US
