I'd be very, VERY surprised if, if found guilty of acting as a price-fixing cartel, they weren't heavily fined by the EC. The Commission has a long history of imposing stiff fines on companies who do this. They could impose a fine of up to 10% of each company's global turnover. This has been done to a number of car manufacturers who were found guilty of price fixing.
