kobo vox -"store" won't fully load

Ive hadmy kobo vox for awhile and never had problems before. Now when i go to the "store" it wont fully load. The site images arent there, everything is on the left of the page and the majority of the links wont work...therefore i cant buy or browse any books. I know its not a wifi problem because im having no issues with the browser. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? Or does anyone know how i might fix it?

Not so far but I usually buy my books on my computer and then sync.
