Free (Kindle): America's Galactic Foreign Legion

http://www.amazon.com/Americas-Galac.../dp/B004M18PT6 The author seems to be making a different book in the series free each week (in order), and this week is the turn of number 7. |

Hey, it's that guy who google-stalked his negative reviewers and made a point of responding with long chapter excerpts to almost each and every less-than-flattering comment! I hope the net result of his freebieing so much stuff to an audience which may eventually read and review it leads to more free entertainment. |

There is a general issue affecting Amazon at the moment, once that is fixed the title should be available again.

The one nationality that wasn't allowed to join the French Foreign Legion were the French. The "Foreign" in the title came not from them fighting in foreign lands for France, but for the Legion being made up of foreigners who chose to sign up (to escape their pasts, or for whatever reason made sense to them at the time). I hope that's true in this series as well (as in, it's a motley crew of non-Americans fighting the U.S.'s wars for it on a galactic scale, because that's just weird enough it might make for good reading).
