Two scotch and cokes in, listening to era and chatting on Facebook, after a pleasant afternoon at the clubhouse. A nice Saturday night.

Getting used to being back home again.

We've had a great week and the weather was just perfect. In the morning we went to the nearby town, the forest or the city 12km away. In the afternoon we usually hung around in the cottage, my sister mostly messing on the notebook and me reading. At night I lighted a paraffin and sawdust log (easy and safe) and we watched a movie or tv series.

The location was great, the park was small but quiet and everybody, both at the park and in the town and city, were nice. We're probably going to return to this park or another Landal park.

I didn't take a lot of pictures, I'll try and put them up on my blog later this week.

Waiting for a soldering iron to heat up so I can make a custom wiring harness for my new motorcycle GPS. I found a shop selling the one I wanted for 60% off and just HAD to buy it. My wife is ready to shoot me...

My plan of going back on my diet (or rather: eating less snacks) after my holiday is ruined by my favourite sweet shop having a Groupon for 8 of their delicious cupcakes for 50% off normal price.

LOL, I think I'm going to buy some yarn next week to start knitting a new scarf. I like to knit whilst watching dvd's in bed at night. I found out that when knitting I'm not snacking (don't want to get the yarn dirty).

I don't want to make you jealous, and I think you will do well in your dieting, but I can still wear the same size scarf that I wore when I was in my 20's!

Yesterday my sister and mother went shopping and when they got back they told me a Lush-like store would soon open close by. Today I was walking past it and it isn't a Lush-like store but a Lush! Happy dance time!

It won't be good for my wallet but what I spend in a Lush store I can't spend on macarons and cupcakes so it's much healthier. I've already arranged that on the day they open I'll be off from work, last year we went to the opening of the Rotterdam store and it was great fun.

Lush doesn't sell make-up but soaps, shampoos, creams, etc. Since using their product my skin and hair have greatly benefited from it. I usually place a big order twice a year in the UK (because it's cheaper) or I go to Rotterdam or Amsterdam to stock up. Now I can just things fresh when I need them.

I got my Decalgirl skin for my Kindle yesterday, hopefully I can get it on straight.
