Here's another suggested revision, adding the point that most books where only one price is listed, but it doesn't end in 99 cents (ie. $9.91) are non-agency as well:

None of the eBooks in my store end in $0.99

Are they all non agency

Is it not common for e-books to end in 99 cents/99 pence/etc. in your locale, or are you ribbing me because it's pence (or what have you) rather than cents? Either way, that's a good suggested wording change.

Thanks all.

I incorporated the suggested change to the note. I also switched the two existing notes, for no other reason than to put the longer of the two on the bottom.

Thanks G0AT, it looks great. I agree with swapping the two notes as well, it reads very clearly that way.

thanks for the info though, good to know if something doesnt end in 99p then it is a non agency

new here but wanted to share that I just used the code below and HungerGamesDeal2 and purchased the second and third books for $1.16 and $1.07 each!!!

HungerGamesDeal3 works as well.

(Nitpicking - wish I had seen that earlier since I prefer single books over boxes in case of ebooks).

Sorry guys, I didn't know about the additional Hunger Games codes. I think it works out a little cheaper to get the books individually. The third book is terrible, by the way.
