I do believe the system is bogged down with lots of new orders. My order processed immediately, because I got it shortly after it went live.

With a little over 12 hours to go, they've already sold over 750,000 cards.

I just called and they said mine will be processed in a few more hours. They were surprised by the response and are trying to process them as fast as they can. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and reassuring. So hopefully they will do this again. Thanks again tubemonkey.

Mine took over 3 hrs this morning - I'd not worry until it goes over 12 hours, at this time of day...

I ordered mine this morning and am still waiting. But the confirmation page did say to be patient.

You would think a company like Amazon would be more prepared, but oh well. As long as I get it eventually. It's always easy to find something to buy there.

When I first purchased it when this deal first started took about 90sec for it to change from processing to having the voucher in the account. I then purchased again 4 or so hours later and it took a couple of hours for it to change from processing to in my account.

You don't have to have a US account to purchase one also you are only supposed to get just the one but it is actually just one per amazon account(I have 2)

The other forum I'm on seems to show it's taking 6 to 8 hours to process the emails and get the coupon. I put in my order around 10am EST and didn't get it until about 5:15.

And mine had disappeared from the web site as well after it had shown "Processing" for a while.

I bought the deal this morning and got processed almost instantly; two emails from Amazon came within a minute of each other, and I applied the amount to my account right away. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. The hard part will be deciding what to spend it on

I purchased mine about 10:00 am est received the email at 4:39 pm est, so it took about 8 hours to process.

I purchased mine just after I got up this morning at 5:30am CST. I just looked at the email and it was timed 5:28am. Don't know if my email is time to a different time zone, never looked (but it must be). I just knew it was here when I came home for lunch. I hadn't thought to look before then. I know the receipt showed up on my Kindle immediately.

It's now Sold Out. I wonder where the cutoff was; maybe a million? The last figure I saw was just over 800,000 cards; which means this promo is costing Amazon at least $4 million.
