how come sony T1 does not have PDF flow?
the same pdf file can be flowed in onyx boox m92, but can not be flowed on the t1, why is that?

The Sony T1 can do PDF text reflow. Did you try to adjust the font size to be larger? Were you in a special view mode setting that prevents reflow? I think there probably aren't that many people with both an M92 & a T1. Also, it's hard to know how your specific PDF was produced unless it were public domain and you were willing to share it for someone to help analyze.
