Prime Subscription Renew Automatically
Hi. This has probably been answered numerous times; but, I can not find it. My free month of Prime is about to expire. I do not wish to purchase Prime, my question is--do I need to do anything, or just let it expire?

If it came with the Kindle Fire it wont renew automatically.

If you signed up for a trial yourself then you have to set it not to renew through your prime member settings under your account.

As Blossom notes, it ain't necessarily the same for all consumers. The "belt and suspenders" solution is to cancel the Prime membership yourself though it will almost certainly expire on its own. Amazon doesn't want thousands of unhappy customers discovering $79 charges on their credit cards.
